Credits skip option for downloaded items dont work

Server Version#: (dont have access to server version nor logs info.)
Player Version#: 1.110.0.351-4e48eb83

In plex downloaded media, i can skip the intro but it doesnt give me option to skip the credits.(the option simply does not appear at the end of an episode of show.)

I found a previous similar problem here, there is a message that it has been solved, but it doesnt work for me, a year later than the linked problem was mentioned, (so i think that something (maybe update) may have caused the problem to appear again.)
