The application stops reproducing the subtitles and then crashes.
Step to reproduce
- Launch Plex and play any video supporting the external subtitles from a local PC (in may case Macbook pro) on the PS4 player (Preview version)
- Load the external subtitles file
- After around 30 minutes the subtitles stop to been displayed.
- While pausing and replay the movie the subtitles come back for few minutes then disappear again.
- If the movie is stopped to go back to the movie profile (the page with the movie data, actors…) the app crashes and we back on the PS4 menu.
- restarting the movie from the point where the app crashed, the move plays the subtitles for the next 30 minutes, then the issue restarts.
