since the latest update, the custom certificate is not recognized anymore, the logs show that it is picking the default certificate.
Has anyone else experienced this?
Cert location on Windows is %localappdata%\Plex Media Server\plex.pfx
Have you tried to supply the full drive letter + folder path to the cert file?
@OttoKerner thanks for the quick reply. I just restarted the Plex Server and it started working again. Will check the logs why it lost the certificate before.
Perhaps it didn’t lose it but the server services needed to reload post update to reapply the custom cert with the new software version. I wonder if its applied at runtime (IE on startup of the service/daemon).
