Custom Domain and connecting via local machine

Server Version#: PlexMediaServer-1.40.1.8227-c0dd5a73e-x86_64

I have setup port forwarding and a custom domain name but despite my best efforts to troubleshoot I cannot connect (refused) via http://plex.mydomain.com:0000/web it works fine via my android phone on data which leads me to believe that it’s something to do with my router & network settings, what’s really strange is it HAS worked and it seems to be a bit of an ongoing intermittent issue.

I can post logs if required but I would like to try and figure it out?

  • Enable IPv6: Disabled

Router would have to support pinhole nat. On some its buggy. This doesnt seem like a plex issue.
