I’m unable to create a custom-filter in the Photo’s Library view because the search box just doesn’t appear. It does on another server’s Movies, TV Shows, and Music, but this is a separate install just with photos (~700GB / 100k) that I’d like to tag and then search across.
Is this a known bug?

Could it just be that I have “too few” directories and Plex doesn’t want to create a custom filter?
Edit 1: I just claimed the server so I’d get Plex Pass features, but that doesn’t seem to have helped. Hmmm…
