I’m using latest version of Plex Web and Plex for Mac OS.
The custom filter option in the photos library doesn’t work. When clicking on the menu item, nothing happens.
How can I get this feature to work again?

Yeah, I reported this a couple weeks ago. No indication that they’ve seen the report, though.
Shame, it’s a really frustrating not being able to use custom filters. Hope Plex will respond to our reports soon. But if you’re waiting already for a couple of weeks, that’s not a good sign…
Not necessarily. It’s (unfortunately) not uncommon that Plex sees these reports, but doesn’t respond until they roll out a fix. No way of knowing until they do respond, but it’s so inconsistent that you really can’t draw conclusions. I just keep pinging.
