Custom Posters Randomly Stop Showing Up

A few times a day, my custom posters just stop showing up. See pic: https://i.imgur.com/gzChxDn.png

I’ve tried restarting browser, restarting server, hard refreshing, etc. Nothing solves it outside of editing the collection, go to posters, re-clicking the one I want (even though its still selected), then saving. Is this a common issue? It’s happening on collections and movies, anything that I’m putting a custom poster on. I have all the custom folders I’m uploading saved in one folder together but not sure if that matters. This is Mozilla Firefox 76.0.

Just figured out its only when the menu on the left is expanded that this happens. When minimized, all posters come back. I guess software bug with my Firefox version? Is there somewhere specific I should report this bug so its looked into?
