Customize Plex Transcoder options for streaming

Hi,

Is it possible to customize the ffmpeg arguments Plex Transcoder uses for each streaming quality profile (8 Mbps 1080p, 4 Mbps 720p)? Is this in an XML file somewhere?

Alternatively I’d like to add a custom quality option.

My goal is to have a 4 Mbps 1080p streaming option by either removing the resize filter from the 720p quality or changing the crf and maxrate of the 8Mbps 1080p.
