Just amazes that this is still broke. I wouldn’t think their payment system would stay broke this long, or their free movies and tv. Lol. Please don’t put apps out if you are not going to maintain them.

Same thing here…iOS15.02, only shows “???” under Servers and nothing inside. Also there’s no info whenever one of my three users plays anything. Right now app is useless.

Picked a bad time to reinstall the app, didn’t realize this was an issue. Oh well, at least the web dash still works…
Same issue here on Samsung Z Fold 3, Android Android 11. Stopped working out.of the blue, I have cleared the cache and data, uninstall it and re-installed it and still doesn’t work. Is Plex got a response yet as I use this app a lot.

Glad I found this thread. I recently upgraded my Synology to DSM 7.0. My Plex Dash stopped working right after that with the same symptoms mentioned here. Just finished fixing everything else that DSM 7.0 broke and was about to work on Plex Dash until a search led me here. Hope they can fix it soon.

I’m using Plex on a ds920+ on docker and my phone is a 13 pro max with iOS 15.0.2.

Same issue here. iPhone 13 Pro. Mac PPMS. All up to date with current OS and apps.
My iPhone X however is still fine.
Glad to find this thread and see it’s not just me.
iPhone 12 on iOS 15.1 - PMS is running on Synology NAS with the latest build available in the Package Center. Movies and Remote Access are working fine though.

Same problem as you all, with my iPhone 7 on iOS 15.1.
I didn’t check since severals weeks… so I’m not sure when It starts so fail…
PS : PMS installed in Docker on Synology NAS. Everything else works perfectly fine.

Looks like a fix is in the works and hopefully will arrive soon.
