Hi,
I have the same problem with my iPhone XS on iOS 15.1. I have reinstalled Plex Dash and logged in and “???” is also shown as the server. However, I also had a DSM update on Synology to DSM 7 at the same time. In this respect, I don’t know what the actual problem is, as Plexamp finds the source in iOS, as does Prologue, but Plex Dash does not.

I’m also having the ??? Plex Dash server issue on my iPad and iOS 14.8.1. Plex running on Windows 10 machine.

When will this be fixed? Instead of focusing every freaking update on “live tv related stuff”.

Ya’ll need to read the previous comments… A fix is in an internal beta, and they are FULLY AWARE of the issue… No need to continue to post your device and your duplicate issue.

With respect I disagree. This issue is now over a month old and still no fix to us customers who use the app. As many folks as possible should post in topics like this to 100% keep the pressure on and this fixed ASAP.

This should have been a sev 1 functional breakage issue and fixed with the highest priority but alas we know how slowly things work around here in plex!

Same issue here Android 12, Pixel 6 Pro. Thought I was going mad been trying to troubleshoot it all morning. Hoping on a fix soon, I use this a lot.

Same here on Android. Add it to the list of broken features on a broken service. They keep adding “new” features but never fix the regressions:

  • Plex skill on Amazon Alexa? Broken.
  • Plex Dash? Broken.

Yet they keep blogging about new features. Can we please fix regressions before adding new features?

For me the new app is now working on my iPhone (at last) although if you click on the Server Graphs tab, the app crashes…
