Dashboard CPU misleading

Because I didn’t take a screenshot when it happens I took the images from a thread from 2019.

I added about 40 tracks of music to my music library and suddenly my i7 used 60-80% CPU.
So I looked in Task Manager and it was Python more specifically “PlexScriptHost.exe”

So why isn’t Plex keeping track of it’s sub-processes?

I’m using Plex Music Scanner because whenever I try to change to Plex Music it just says “Your changes could not be saved”
