I just update to version 1.18.1.1966 and the problem is still there:

  • Plex Web 4.10.1 with https://app.plex.tv
  • Server version: 1.18.1.1966
  • Synology native package, Intel 64 bit
  • Synology model 216+II

There are some cases where it will still fail to work on Synology devices. We are still investigating this and still plan to resolve this.

I was discussing this with @trumpy81 in another thread, but as seen above, my RAM and CPU usage is showing up fine on my 918+. Are there some captures I can provide you with to help diagnose the problem? Iā€™m more than happy to help the community.

DS415+ it does not show CPU or RAM data but the graph shows. PMS running natively v. 18.1.1973. (If that helps narrow hunt)

it is quite sad that you take promising a solution and failing as a reason to be even more silent where it should be a reason to really fix it instead.

stop wasting time with half baked features that get abandoned mid way for something even more fancy. please concentrate on the basics again and do them right and complete.

I can confirm. Is not working also in version 1.18.1.2019

Running Plex Version 1.18.2.2029 on DS918+, all stats work great.
Was previously running DS3615xs, no stats worked except for bandwidth
