I’m getting errors with not being able to load the dasbboard when I’m using Plex iOS nor through the web.
Also noticed that if I try to make changes to Libraries, I get error “Your changes could not be saved”.
I have attached my logs and hoping someone can point me in right direction.
Your logs aren’t attached. Try uploading them to a site like dropbox and then post the link.

What you are describing is a possible indication of database corruption. Looking at your logs, there are many database errors.
