I have seen this several times recently – multiple recordings of the same program happening; however, at the end of the day there is only one file. I check the recording schedule, just to be sure, and there is only one entry for the program (in this case, I was recording The Blacklist). It does not happen on all programs. What gives and how do I fix this?
