Did Plex seriously remove the option to move the default location to store the database and config files? Not everyone has that kind of space on a C:\ drive and it’s ultra convenient to store it on another drive/NAS.
Is there an easy fix to moving it?

That setting was removed recently due to security concerns. You can still specify an alternate location for your Plex data by following the steps in this how-to:
