I have a movie in my database with the wrong date added info (it’s a date in 2024).
Is there a way to edit this?
I’ve tried deleting the file and letting it rescan but the date added didn’t change.

Do the “Plex dance”. Remove your movie, update library, empty trash, clean bundles, put the file back, update library.
What movie is it and what’s your naming convention btw?
I’ll give this a try.
My files are named:
//movies/name of the movie (year.bdrip.x264.dts).mkv
That seems to have worked.

this will give you trouble occasionally, in the long run.
Make them so:
//movies/name of the movie (year) - 1080p [bdrip.x264.dts].mkv
