Date Added value for new items in one library getting set to 10 months old

I am hosting 3 libraries (Movies, TV Shows, and Audio) and recently moved a significant portion (but not 100%) of the content for the Audio library to a new storage device. Since that move, ALL new media added is creating the wrong Date Added date. They are all being set to a “10 Months Ago” value. I cannot see the specific Date Added value as there doesn’t appear to be a way to view or modify this value. What are my options to fix this?

Did you just create the library? For a new library, Plex uses the folder date.
