Server Version#: 1.40.5.8921 windows
issue or bug i should say started a couple of months back not sure what recent version of plex windows server this got broke on… so i have 2 plex servers in our 2 homes they both are mirrors of each other in terms of media. so in the past i was able to look up say a movie in the main search bar, then in choose source if i click the “…” and then Add To and be able to add to Collections… NOW i’m missing the ability to quickly add to a Collection as i just described 
!!! i only get add to playlist.. in the past i would see both add to collections and playlists HERE in this location. it sucks because like i mention my media is the same on both plex servers so our my Collections. so if i add a new movie to a collection i “do it on both servers” .. now i have to “completely” select the movie from each location and then add it to the collection in that location. it’s really a matter of time savings and inconvenience.. the way it worked before (whatever past plex media server build a few months ago) i could just quickly click the “…” for each of the 2 servers and add to collection quickly in each and move on.. now it takes a lot longer because i have to click on the one in the first server , view the movie from the first server, add it to the collection in the first server, THEn start all over again in the main search then go through the SAME process and add it to the 2nd server :(..
please i hope this can be fixed to bring back adding to collections the way i described it from the past when it used to work.. see attached screenshot of what i’m talking about. thanks
