Deauthorize xbox 360 from plex.tv/devices?

Could someone check if they’re still able to access their plex library after deleting their xbox 360 from plex.tv/devices?

I’ve cleaned up (removed) all my linked devices but a former roommate’s 360 keeps showing back up and he’s able to access my library. I’m wondering if maybe there’s a bug with the app and it just doesn’t check/care if it’s been deauthorized. I’ve verified that an Xbox One and PS4 correctly stated that the login credentials had expired and would need to be signed in again, but that damn 360 keeps coming back!

I posted about this in the Ask a Ninja forum last week, and was recommended to change my password but would rather not have to do it again (first time was after the plex hack last year) if necessary.

Thanks

I have the same problem and I changed my plexpass password also on my account and I still have the same problem. I delete the Xbox device and come back the next day and it’s back. It’s a bug.

Nice, thanks for confirming this. Hopefully a Plex dev will look into it!

Is a Plex dev going to acknowledge this is an issue? Would you like me to create a log?

Have you tried contacting them directly?

I did get the issued settled, but according to the description of this forum it’s purpose is, “General user help and bug reports for Plex for Xbox 360.” Not sure why the devs aren’t acknowledging the problem, unless the xbox 360 app is no longer being updated?

This is still a problem!
