Dedicated PMS drops connection

Hey everyone,

Very recently, I transitioned from running PLEX from 3 separate Sinology NAS (2 1515+ & 1 1618+) to attaching an Intel NUC as a dedicated PMS - which is attached by ethernet to my router. I control the PMS remotely. My issue is that the NUC goes offline and I am no longer able to access PLEX or connect remotely on my LAN after ~5-15 minutes of me not using it. I have to manually restart the Intel NUC in order to access it remotely again. What I’ve tried/done:

  1. I turned off the sleep function on the Intel NUC
  2. Disabled power saving mode for both the ethernet and wireless cards
  3. Turned off Windows Firewall
  4. Created a static IP for the PMS
  5. Updating all wifi and ethernet drivers
  6. Tried connecting both through wifi and ethernet

I still have the same problem. What am I missing?
