Is there a way to default Plex to play the ac-3 audio track instead of a truehd track when playing 4k content? The issue I have is that when I play my 4k content Plex direct streams the video, but transcodes the truehd to ac-3 anyway but there is considerable audio syncing and volume issues during playback.
Since Plex is transcoding the truehd to ac-3 anyway I wanted Plex to default to the ac-3 track instead of transcoding the truehd.
If this is not possible within Plex itself, is there a batch script I could use to set the default track of my mkv to ac-3 instead of the truehd? I know it can be done manually in mkvtoolnik but it is a pain to have to do it to every file individually.
