I am a bit annoyed that I have to make a separate library for 4K media because Plex defaults to the highest bitrate version when I am remote streaming.
It would be great if Plex automatically switches to the version that is <= to the bitrate limit on the user’s settings, even whilst playing.
The UI for manually selecting which version to play is terrible, it’s not straight forward and really should be selected automatically based on Bitrate, language, etc.
