Delayed Inputs from Plex Desktop Flatpak

So when using the Plex Desktop flatpak player, anytime I click on anything in the interface, like pause/play, rewind, whatever, there is like a solid five second delay before I get anything actually happening. This doesn’t happen if I use the web player, or from the Plex app on my Roku.

Does anybody have a clue what’s going on here?
