How can I delete a label that is no longer in use? I still see it in the list of available labels, even though it's not attached to anything anymore.

And Elan returned there saying, that unused labels will be removed what a PMS is restarted, or if an optimize is run

I can confirm that I manually ran Optimize task and it did not clear up the unused labels. I can also confirm that restarting the service did not clear the unused labels either.
Any other suggestions?
