In my plex library I have sub title file ( SRT ) with every video ( MP4 ). When I delete a video from the library (using the delete option in the plex server ) only the video file ( Mp4 ) is getting deleted from the hard drive. The corresponding sub title file is not getting deleted. Is it a known issue? Is there any way to fix this?
My plex server runs in a QNAP NAS.
Yea, right now a lot of people are in a tizzy-fit about Plex deleting a Show Folder if there is nothing in it, so you can either be thankful there’s something left in your folder, or complain about it all the way to Windows Explorer to delete it manually. That’s the fix and they know about, 'cause they designed it that way.

I have all the movies in separated folder Kodi style : (movie file + .srt, + .nfo + images,…) I use plex to find the duplicates movies and delete the extra ones but the folders will remaining with all extra files, it will be very useful if there is option to delete the movie folder in Plex.
