In Plexamp I can create or add to a playlist. How do I delete tracks or albums from the playlist?

That applies to play queues, not playlists.

Thanks, Otto. I saw in other post that playlist management is a ‘work-in-progress’. On ‘queues’, is there a way to delete/remove entire queue, rather than one track at a time?

Simply stop playback (long press on Pause button during playback) or start playing something else.

Yes this is frustrating, not being able to delete albums from your playlist. Please have an options to delete playlists altogether. Overall, a really good app.
