I think you can tell Sonarr/Radarr to initiate a scan after Series, Episode, movie delete. just like it can after adding.
I’ve never used docker but sounds like it maybe cannot detect changes to folders on NAS.
Not sure what setting i have different from yours, but Plex cant see any of my deleted movies (or tv-shows) when i delete them in the *arr’s or manually, as long there is 0 media’s in the folders.
the arr’s still have the empty folders in the db and is fully visible (in the arr’s), by choice.
Even manually starting a scan inside of plex , when the file is deleted does nothing.
Also I played a bit more and found, in my “tv1” library, the file is gone from plex. But not tv2 or movies oddly enough
Yeah this used to be the case on PC, but unfortunately experience this on my NAS now.
