Every time I add a show to a season, plex detects intros for every episode of the season again. It’s like adding one new episode resets the entire season. Is this a known bug? Or a setting I’ve missed somewhere? Or just generally accepted behavior?
This is normal. Intros are detected by comparing the audio track of each episode within a season with each other. If a new episode is added, this has to be repeated.
