I have a series (Hubert & Staller) which has studio and series logo just at the beginning of the episode, but later on follows the real intro with the theme music.
Intro detection only detects the logos part as “intro”, not the “real” intro. How to overcome this?

Plex only compares the audio track of each episode within the season.
The picture content doesn’t play a role for the intro detection. Which means if the intro of each episode has different audio content, it won’t get detected as “intro”. (e.g. when there is a highlight-reel of the previous episodes, or if there is a different voiceover for each episode)
Ok, it seems the issue was misunderstood.
This show has TWO parts/intros in the beginning of each episode with identical audio.
Intro 1 (Logos) - Episode beginning - Intro 2 (Theme song) - Episode Main Part
Plex intro detection seems to randomly choose between the to “intros”.
Is this Intro selection uniform for the whole season, or does it change within a season as well?
It changes within the season. Totally awkward for the way intro detection is explained to be working.
