/dev/shm fills up even though nothing is transcoding

I have an issue with my tmpfs i use for Plex Transcoding filling up and never gets cleared. Have tried to restart the Plex Service and rebooted the server entirely. Yet, still its at a 100% usage within 10 minutes.

Nothing is playing yet I see that something is transcoding but I don’t why. Looks like a session that never gets cleared, but I’m only guessing at this point.

I will be happy to provide logs if neccessary!

Are you sure it’s the Plex transcoder that’s filling up or simply /dev/shm is filling up?
