I have Plex installed on a number of Kindle Fire devices. One device in particular crashes each time I try to load Plex (compared to occasionally 1 out of 10 times on other devices). How can I go about troubleshooting this if I can’t get it to load and turn on the debug logging? The thing is that it used to work for a long time - kinda - I mean sync has always been a major issue on the Fires, with it losing sync and history all the time. It at least loaded however. Now, not so much - it will literally sit on a black screen for 45-90 seconds and then drop back to home.
Thoughts? I don’t want to rush to just uninstall/reinstall here because it’s an opportunity to understand why the other devices will start to act this way as well.
