Users can set artwork to be displayed in the background of a collection, as seen below. However, these images can only be seen on the web app, not the Roku app (and presumably, other TV/streaming devices, though I cannot say for sure). Regardless of Content Layout or Details Background settings, artwork for collections remains unseen (movies within those collections are unaffected).
It used to be possible to see collection art using the Roku, so I’m not sure if this is simply an error that nobody has corrected, or a purposeful feature removal.
