I currently have the dimmed artwork setting turned off in my Apple TV app because I prefer seeing the background images in the upper right corner in full, rather than blocked by all the other metadata on the screen. This works just fine in TV series, but doesn’t work in collections where I get just the blurred color. Since I have set a background image for the collection, should it not show up just as it would for a TV show? It does show up if I turn on the dimmed images in settings, but of course then it fills the whole screen, leaving much of the image blocked by posters and other metadata. I could understand if I hadn’t selected a background image for the collection, but since I have, shouldn’t it work the same as any other TV show? If not, that’s something that should be updated by the devs.
