Direct connection to PMS Plex Media Server not working even though Remote Access is working?

Server Version#: 1.41.8.9834
Player Version#: 10.28.0.3441 (367a93b)
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>



Remote Access is fully working.
However, my PMS will not allow a direct connection anymore. It’s been working for years but now, every connection is forced to go through the relay server which means only 720p.
Anyone else seen this problem?

THINGS I’VE TESTED:

Navigate to your WAN IP at your external port and see if plex loads.
https://WAN-IP:PORT/

That’s correct. Using the actual ip is not a secured connection. You need to use the special Plex direct ip address for a secured connection.
