Hi, I’m new to Plex so plz bear with me. I’d like to know whether Plex can be used on a desktop in order to capture video input (webcam or mobile phone) and to directly live stream it over the internet to another desktop or mobile device without having to pass through a streaming server. Thanks for any light on this.
