Direct Play has no audio for several seconds at start of playback

PMS running in Docker on an Intel NUC7i5DNHE - Rocky Linux 9.1

After a crashed upgrade corrupted my OS, I reinstalled Rocky Linux, along with Docker and PMS. I pointed it to my external SSD that contains the PMS Library, as well as the network shares that contain my Media. Everything seemed to be in good shape until I started playing media.

With nearly all media (and no recognizable pattern to which this issue affects), direct playing starts video playback, but no audio can be heard for a length of time between 5 and 30 seconds into playback. The files are not the issue - intentionally transcoding has audio start immediately with playback. Starting playback on the same media multiple times results in different duration of playback without audio every time.

This happens on multiple playback devices - I’ve experienced it on both my Nvidia Shield Pro, and Chromecast with Google TV 4K. There is, however, a difference in how often this happens between devices. The Shield starts Direct Play playback without audio probably 25% of the time, while the CCwGTV is probably in the range of 95%.

All devices and software are on their most recent updates, and all have had at least one update without any resolution to the issue.
