If the bandwidth is shown as 1 mbps, it is a hint that Plex Relay is used.
Which means your server is not remotely accessible.
Remote access can also fail due to malfunctioning domain name resolution.
I recommend you to start here: The Basics of Remote Access Troubleshooting
Hi I followed that and got my ISP to open a port for me, the canyouseeme site sees my service, but I still get a pop-up that says I’m on indirect connection of I use another wifi, attached some screen shots, thabk you
Your server is accessible.
Try stopping and restarting it, then let it sit for a few hours.
Let it sit off a few hours? Or on but without playing anything?
Of course it should be running. Playing or not.
Hello, this has not resolved the issue, I don’t seem to be on double nat either and don’t know what else to try, does plex pass have support chat?
This forum is the only way for support.
Verify that it was actually the port number 33400 which got opened by your ISP.
You still need to define a port forwarding in your router settings, to go from port number 33400 on the WAN side to port number 32400 on the local IP address of your server.
Verify that the network connection appears in the Windows control panel as “private” and not as “public”.
Ok in that case thanks so much for helping me, at the moment none of this has worked, I did verify the nat and all that in the router itself. The craziest to me is it does say fully accesible, but it won’t at least go to relay, it just says it cannot play, I switch to local network and everything works of course. Also tested from a network at relatives’ house. I don’t know why I get the message of fully accesible as if it’s all good
