Direct play suddenly disabled

Hello, been using Plex To stream digital movies through western digital my cloud ex2 ultra For years. Just recently movies stopped streaming in house and the app says it cannot direct play this item. Direct play is disabled.

The TRANSCODER is set to Automatic and has never been changed.

No idea where this came from and no settings were tinkered with. Could a recent software update have caused this? Any help to fix would be greatly appreciated! :pray:t2:

What does the dashboard tell you?

I don’t see any messages on the home page of dashboard. My wife can still stream movies to our iPad but all the TVs in the house cannot.

I see what you are saying now. I have to get a movie to play to see that information and I cannot get one to play anymore.

I force direct play through the Plex app on the tv and then it plays with a lower quality resolution.
