Direct play with Airplay to HomePods causes blank screen

I know I reported in the last release that using Airplay to Homepods that I would get a blank screen - that is still an issue. However, I noticed that if the video is transcoding, then the video plays fine (with audio coming out of the Homepods).

I also found out that if I start with playing audio to my Airpods (which show as Direct Play), then switch to the Homepods (which switches to Direct Stream), the blank screen doesn’t happen.

Hope this helps with debugging…
