Hi! I would have a question what could be the problem here, direct playback is allowed everywhere in movies, series goes directly to everything. however, for live tv and dvr on xbox, tizenOS operating system i get such error message with direct playback what could be the problem?

In the Plex app (either), there is an option to send logging information to your server. Please enable this, then playback from Live TV to reproduce this message. Obtain the server logs from your PMS and attach them to your next response.
on both devices this bug, which is interesting that direct playback did not work on plex web, but with today’s plex server version it was fixed in 1.24.2.4973 as soon as i upgraded it, playback started directly on plex web, so I don’t think I would have error because xbox, ten devices other than apple tv, iphone, ipad, android, plex app will start playback directly
Ok. From that image it shows that Web and Plex for Windows using a bandwidth of 20 Gbps. This means the apps were unable to analyze the streams and has set the bandwidth to the max. There was a bug in an earlier version of Web (and Plex for Windows) where in some cases this would result in Plex assuming a ridiculous bandwidth resulting in the streams being transcoded. That specific bug should be fixed now.
although this is the problem with xbox, on ten OS it only writes transcoders at 20Gbps,

fix this bug so i can watch live tv on those devices so i don’t know because the server is running raspberry pi 4 and raspberry pi 4 can’t encode continuously so why live tv broadcast on these devices starts so it cannot be viewed because it is constantly interrupted due to encoding.
Sorry, I thought I provided a response earlier. Your logs show that the TV is requesting the transcode. Please enable the option to send logs to your server and try again. This setting turns itself off after 20 minutes, so you need to make sure it’s on before testing. This didn’t appear to be on when you tested above so I can’t tell why the TV requested the transcode.
it asks for transcoding because it says that direct playback is not enabled, which is enabled, but I also showed in the very first image that this is the cause of the error.
