i dont want to see “potential friends” on top of plex … it’s an ad … not a suggestion. how to turn it off?

You have the option to turn off discovery.
How do you turn off Discovery? I don’t see it when I go there. Does this stop ads for a plex pass member like me? Cuz I was misinformed. I thought because I am paying for a subscription I don’t get ads!
Plex Pass subscription does not - and never has - disable ads for Plex’s own free movies/shows. It confers benefits for server owners, and free access to the mobile apps, but that’s pretty much it.
