Is there a way to disable the creation of a sub folder every time the DVR records a tv show? All I want is the actual video to show up in my TV Shows folder. I don’t want to have to navigate further to access the recording.
Plex really likes its folder structure and file-naming scheme which is well-documented – this is so that it can create the “library” which displays poster art, episode descriptions, etc. Because of that, I’m fairly positive that Plex will always create one folder per tv show with one folder per season (as applicable).
