Hi,
Is it possible to disable or filter undesired sections within Movies & Shows so that they never appear? Lately, I have a lot of garbage popping up which pushes anything that I was previously interested in off of the Home page.
I used to enjoy the occasional streaming movie but have had to disable Movies & Shows entirely to avoid the garbage appearing.

Set like that I have a fairly clean Home Screen (Set Each Library):
Caveats:
I have one Movie and one Show Library
If I âMergeâ my 3 Music Libraries - Other Videos disappears (whoops!)
Your personal DVR comes âBundledâ with stuff you canât remove
âŠand other assorted annoyances, but itâs (almost) âlivableâ.
I had to enable a âPlex Online Mediaâ item - and noted there is no control over them. Sad Face.
I would like exactly the same thing.
And I agree - itâs so annoying that I too have just unpinned the streaming section altogether to remove content I have zero interest in from my home screen.
Which seems a shame. But weâre bombarded with content all day. And I use Plex to manage that. So when Plex starts to become part of the problem by not letting me filter content I donât wantâŠ
@JuiceWSA what you have shown is how to customise the presentation of personal libraries. But - unless Iâm mistaken - @gorpspaz appears to be asking specifically about streaming movies/online media sources.
Even if we could re-order the sections within âMovies & Shows on Plexâ that would be great. A ton of content I have no interest in is right at the top of that section. And the things I would occasionally browse are lost down the bottom.
Yes, thank you @JuiceWSA for that tip which I found useful for something else, but @flintdk is right. I want to be able to filter out sections that appear within âMovies & Showsâ. Thanks!

Has no one from Plex addressed this at all? How on Godâs green Earth is it not possible to personalize the âMovies & Showsâ feature like you can with âLive TVâ? I like the feature but there are categories there that neither me nor anyone who uses my server has any interest in whatsoever and itâs bizarre that I canât disable/hide them.
