Good afternoon. So the first thing I do when I connect to a new device is move all of my folders (which I have several) from the Recommended tab to the Library tab so as to easier navigate my collection ans see everything in that library as a whole. Actually I never use, and will probably never want to use the Recommended tab so I would like to turn it off, or default to the Library tab. I don’t see an option to set this as default. Anyone found a way to disable this feature?
The Recommended tab cannot be disabled.
In the Plex client settings, enable Remember Selected Tab.
Yes, I have that enabled. It remembers, but I still have to do the work.
Shouldn’t we as users get to define our experience on how our media is managed with a management software? Isn’t that the point? I don’t really understand why I would need Plex to recommend me my own media that I manage in the first place. Seems like a moot feature.
