I do not skip intros. I never do and I never will
Moreso I don’t like the “skip intro” button. It is ugly and distracting. on an OLED it’s like a giant flashlight shooting at me.
Some of my users like skipping intros.
I should be able to toggle a checkbox in my client apps (show skip intro button ON/OFF)
Please implement this. (At least consider it before moving on to adding more advertisements in Plex, or stupid obnoxious intro sounds)
There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to hide the Skip Intro button as a user preference. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.
Unless I’m missing some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
