The discography of artist in Tidal is not complete because MQA is not supported. What use has Tidal then with plex. Also I miss a singles section in overview artist. For example a lot of albums are missing within Pink Floyd discography. And that is because most of them are MQA.
I don’t think that’s true.
If you look at an artist in Plex, it will hide all albums on Tidal which are already locally on your server.
That is not very useful if that is the case. Then there should somewhere be a place where you can see all albums at once of one artist?
I see that the local library is more complete then tidal
The problem with Tidal occurs only in android TV app. In web app the discography is complete. Also in the local library the overview from artist discography is more complete. Local albums added with Tidal albums.
It works similarly on Android.
If you are in your music library, pick an artist.
Then scroll down to the hub Tidal Albums.
Pick one of these and enter the album view.
Now open the ellipsis menu and pick Go to Artist.
This will send you to the Tidal view of that artist with all albums.
I am talking about the Tidal section. Not in the own library. It is not so easy when browsing artist in Tidal section not al albums are there. They are in the local library only.
Is it possible to move Tidal artist to local library?
