Integrate/combine TIDAL with my own library

First of all: heavily impressed by Plexamp! Wow!

So coming from Roon I was wondering if it is possible to integrate or combine TIDAL with my own library. This will give me the option to listen to albums not in my library from the same artist overview. Basically provide an overview of everything and listen without manually switching between source.

Keep up the excellent work! There is even AutoEq integration I noticed!

While it is possible to add Tidal albums to your local library, I wouldn’t do it.
Just link your Tidal account to your Plex account here: https://plex.tv/users/other-services
Then stop and restart your server and then your Plex clients.

Tidal content should now be visible on Artist preplay pages, or on Album pages at the bottom.
Maybe try starting an Artist-Radio in Plexamp and let it play for a while longer. It will incoporate Tidal tracks when it runs out of locally stored material.

Yeah, I can’t personally recommend saving TIDAL music to your library as it’s only “symlinks” and can’t be fully analyzed or incorporated into our Sonic features.

Yes, scratch that. I’ve been spending some more time today with Plexamp.

I can already see TIDAL suggestions for albums in my local library. Exactly what I was looking for. The feature is already there.

Damn this is amazing. It really is.
