Discover - I've been put in the wrong country

When I use discover, I found this error:

There are no other streaming services currently available in your region: 中国

It seems like Plex thinks I am in China, but actually, I’m in Hong Kong. What should I do to correct this error? Can I set the country for discover manually?

I notice a topic about allowing select services from other countries. Is there any progress on this suggestion?

Umm. Hong Kong is in China.
