I notice a topic about allowing select services from other countries. Is there any progress on this suggestion?

Streaming Service - Allow selecting services from other countries

I noticed that I can’t select some streaming services for example Hulu from Germany. It would be great to be able to select other Regions to be included in the universal playlist / discovery function.
