Sorry if this has been asked but I am not really sure how to search it…
When I either initially sign into my Plex account or click on the “home” button from another setting I am taken to a “discover” screen that displays all recently added content that is on my server by default. Is there any way I can re-configure this or change the default setting to automatically go to the “movies” only page when logging in or clicking the home button?
No sir, there is not… but I wish there were.
Actually, I believe you can edit each library you have to Show/Not show on Dashboard. See if that works for you?

Too bad we can’t specify which folder to show by default. I’ve not been able to find a show/not show setting do you know where it is? I’ll try to find it again
Go to your dashboard. Click the button next to the Library you want to edit. (can’t see them as I’m at work, and for some reason they don’t show, so I can’t describe them)
Select Edit from the flyout menu. Click the Advanced tab on the left. Top option should be a checkbox for “Show on dashboard.”
Also, there’s a dropdown at the top of the Dashboard that will let you filter just to the movies… It’s an extra click, but it’s there.

Thanks for the reply, I did find the “flyout” menu and was able to configure some additional settings however it did not achieve what I want. As for the drop down menu, if we are looking at the same one, I can filter to see just the movies section however as soon as I log back in or click on the home button it auto switches back to the “recently added show all recently added files” display. To be honest, I am very surprised we are not able to configure this…Thanks again for you help!!!
